CentOS 7 Install: Error populating transaction

error populating transaction after 10 retries

U盘刻录CentOS-7-x86_64-DVD-1708.iso，安装时error populating transaction after 10 retries：

failure:Packages tzdata-2017b-1.el7.noarch.rm from anaconda[Error 256] No more mirrors to try.

只能Exit Installer.

1、检查iso镜像完整性。

openssl sha1 d:\os\CentOS-7-x86_64-DVD-1708.iso

4d2d3973ce2f3ad669eb2c3ca99b0f43f36cfce9 和官方一致

2、看了一下U盘，发现Packages目录里很多乱码

3、ultraiso重写了一次U盘，仍然不完整,

4、怀疑U盘是4G冒充8G，下载CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1708.iso，重写后再安装成功

5、warning dracut initqueue timeout - starting timeout scripts 估计也是U盘故障导致的
