1、从 MySQL 5.7 升级到 MySQL 8.0 仅支持通过使用 in-place 方式进行升级，并且不支持从 MySQL 8.0 降级到 MySQL 5.7

3、下载：

4、解压缩到d:\mysql

5、安装Win+x+a开启命令行，cd d:\mysql

执行mysqld --install

6、初始化数据

mysqld --initialize
从或者错误日志获得密码

.\bin\mysqld --initialize 默认临时密码在错误日志里或检查返回信息
mysqld --initialize-insecure无密码

7、启动net start mysql
8、netstat -an|findstr 3306
9、修改密码mysqladmin -u root -p password 123456

10、mysql -u root -p
Enter password: ******
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 27
Server version: 8.0.11 MySQL Community Server - GPL
